A month ago, I introduced the rules on how to handle monsters trying to batter their way into a room or building, for GMs and players wanting to relive classic scenes from all our favorite zombie movies. In keeping with my desire to have simple and streamlined rules, any attempt to break down a door or other barricade is just another attack, albeit with a specialized "damage" roll.
Except I was never that happy with the original "Damage" roll for Battering; for a variety of reasons it just didn't "work" for me. So I am trying something different. You'll find a new "Battering Damage Results" table that better matches the feel of other damage tables and hopefully a general clarification of the rules.
